VIN Certification

I, _______________________ of __________________________, approved Ontario Motor Vehicle Inspection station, certify that I have verified the following to reproduce the illegible Trailer VIN sticker.

a)      Verify that the visible part of the existing VIN sticker matches the information on the ownership of the trailer to the best of their ability.

b)      Verify that the description of the trailer on the ownership is the same as the trailer they are working on.

c)       Provide the appropriate information on the attached form to prepare an accurate sticker
